I am feeling quite broken hearted reading some of the posts today. Not that there was a lot of bad news but sometimes the pain that people have been through really stands out to you. not only to the girls who have endured so much and are facing the very scary reality of paying out huge money for DE cycles but also to everyone who has gone on this journey alone or endured less than perfect support from their other halves. You truly are Warrior women.

I don't get the hazy feeling from valium it just makes me sleepy. Everyone is different though. If you have a spare afternoon maybe you should take one and see how it feels. I am worried that you'll get on the Gold Coast flight with 2mg on board and not be relaxed enough! Actually my last trip to the sunshine state is the reason I now take 10mg. I think we were circling in and out of the edge of a storm for an hour waiting to land in Brisbane. DH may still have the nail marks in his arm.

PS: do you get motion sickness?

I've been taking the stuff (as required for my anxiety/insomnia) for that long that 10 mg's with or without the alcohol chaser doesn't even touch the sides for this Pharma Wh*re anymore!!!

I agree, you gals are towers of strength and determination and persistence. I couldn't have done it on my own or with as many setbacks or losses as many of you have had ......even with the help of some valium along the way...... (I've never taken it BTW my drug of choice was a stiff whisky/wine and/or some codeine seemed to chill me out/take the edge off)

Thanks so much for your dating advice girls. Should I ever be brave enough to enter the online dating sites I'll know where I'll be coming for help to write my profile. @BlondeinBrisvegas Yep, I settled on looks/physical attraction last time. Not again. It'll be butterflies all the way. Is it possible to have both kindness, fun and looks?! @Summer

@Tahli yep it is! Though the looks part you can mould, not so much the other bits so I reckon you've got the order right !

Ok ok so still in my pjs and skyping at 2.30, do we think I can just do my hair and put a bra and top on and leave the rest as is? She won't ask me to stand up will she

Bahahahahaha!!!! We all sound like we're closet alcho/prescription med addicts!!!

"It all started back when I was doing IVF. My FS said it would stop my uterus contracting. It also stopped my brain from contracting with all the frucking stress and strain that comes from being on that sh!t of a ride. I liked the "hazy fantazy" feel of not giving a fruck about things and the total escape from reality it bought. I'd add alcohol to the mix when I'd really want to liven things up for myself"

Yes, that's what I'm worried about - that I'll be running up and down the aisle of the plane screaming "Let me out! Let me out! Let me out!" like Marge Simpson.

There will definitely have to be a trial run....
