    Hi All,

    Some advice please!

I have had 5 failed transfers. I don't have NK cells but I have a speckled result in my ANA which indicates possible issues could arise.

Before my next transfer I am taking what I'd like to be prescribed for a frozen transfer next cycle. Can anyone suggest anything else for unexplained failed IVF where those embries just wont stick?

    Thanks

    Jade

Ok ladies I have a really dumb question for you but what does 'morning sickness' feel like. I have never for this far before and on Thrurs at 6weeks on dot I started getting nauseous and I feel even more bloated than before feel just ordinary really.

Sorry I cant do personals as my phone won't let me access the thread properly. I will update when I get back on Wednesday so I can see what's been happening.

Yep...I'd say exactly what you're describing Luv

The bloating is normal and definitely to be expected with all the progesterone you're taking too. I'll PM you

I'm not sure there is anything more I could suggest for that regime. It's a pretty thorough one IMO. What have they told you about your lining?? That could be the problem. What explanation has been given for it's appearance?? Obviously it's too thin hence the viagara. How thick has it been in the past when they've transferred your other embryo's??? They could also give you Progynova and Estrogen patches to thicken it up.

The ANA could also be contributing to the embryo's not implanting. Are you or have you had your embryo's PGD tested?? If the embryo's are chromosomally normal then you're greatly increasing your chances of implantation (though no guarantee) and in that case it's more than likely going to be the environment you're putting them back into i.e either your lining or an immune issue (your ANA) causing an issue.

That's my 5c worth anyhoo Luv.

Thanks for that. Makes me feel better. I have had my embryos PGD tested and have 4 good ones in the freezer. The lining is ok in thickness. Just before my egg collection it was 9cm but it's whitish in colour so my FS believes not good blood flow so therefore the Viagra. Right well I've got my appointment with him this morning so I'm going to give him this list. Apparently they administer intrlipids at my clinic so going to try so it all here and skip Dr M. Let's see how we go. Thanks again.

    Good Luck!!

I won't be surprised if your FS baulks at a lot of what's on your list as most of them don't believe in immune issues. I'd also rethink about giving Dr M a miss if I were you as he's the best in the business when it comes to Immune Issues and you can Cycle/take whatever meds he proscribes independently while doing your FET with your FS.

It might be the only way to implement the protocol you want to do which you probably need to do and should do given your issues. Yes, I think it probably is a blood flow issue to your lining despite it being a good thickness at 9mm's that is causing the majority of the drama for you Luv plus the ANA issue won't be helping either

Hey folks I haven't been around but I've been keeping up to date on all your activities. Seems like everyotne is moving on with a new plan. Thankfully I'm not on bed rest and all is going well...9wks 3days today...definitely only one little one on board and both scans have indicated a nice strong heartbeat. All pretty uneventful which I think is a good way to be
