You'll all making me laugh! Funny to end to my story was first visit to midwife yesterday and at the end she said to us 'so much is going on in your body and you just have to roll with it, for example you might be very irritable when you're hungry', I looked over at my husband and he just laughed! Think now he gets its not me being deliberately moody and perhaps to take a few steps back when I'm hungry haha!!
You inspired me to look up t rex memes. Oh the hilarity.
Cannot stop giggling @preggasaurus
I haven't really been irritable in pregnancy (yet) but I probably would have gotten annoyed at my DH for that reason OP.
I have had some, erm, emotional moments that seemed completely rational at the time though (like crying when it rained heavily because all the animals outside might be cold and wet. Not my animals, random animals. Wild animals even )
Could be hormones. Could be fatigue. Could be hangry. Or it could be you're just fed up with your husband being a bit clueless! Or all of the above.
I would have just sacked off the cooking of the meal and had cheese on toast, happens a lot in our household! But yeah, blaming it on your pregnancy could be irritating if there is a reason behind your annoyance, which its sounds like there was. You're tired and need a bit more support, maybe he needs to step up to the plate a bit more. Its not all about the hormones making you 'irrational'.
(I commute 90 mins each way and I'm 6 months preggo, so believe me, I feel your pain!)
