Bwahaha I nearly spat my food all over my desk when I read that.
I can just imagine someone sitting on a chair strumming a guitar with a very mournful "a jewellery store did me wrarrrrrrrrngggggggggggg"

I'm curious.... what kind of $$ are we talking about? $100...or $500??
If I was spending a substantial amount of money on something I would certainly check it carefully before purchase. And I know what it's like doing shopping with one toddler. .. it's hard to concentrate so I'd probably not buy something too $$ if I was distracted.
Also I don't think stores really have to 'hold' intended purchases..they do it as a favour.
Honestly. .if they've offered the refund. .take it and go elsewhere to purchase another bracelet.

ETA OP..I think your causing yourself undue stress. If you haven't lost any money then just forget it. ..go elsewhere and get what you really want.
Thanks, it wasn't a large amount of money, I still have not gone back, I'll go on the weekend and never shop there again.

    I wasn't even 10 minutes

I had to wait for the manager to start work. And then I had to wait for the regional manager.

I just wanted point of views, I think others have taken it somewhere else.

Thank you all for responding and I I'll ask a mod to close the thread.

    Thanks again.
