Default Pregnant week before egg pickup!

Hi ladies, today I went in for my first scan before egg pickup scheduled 7th June. I got a huge shock when the Fertility specialist looked very confused, from what he could tell I am 4 weeks pregnant. Bloods this afternoon confirmed I'm 5 weeks along!

My last cycle was clomid and ovidrel I triggered on the 15th April had my period on the 28th for 4 days I had tested negative that same day.

Started the pill on the 9th may came off it the 21st and started gonal F on the 23rd followed by orgalutran the 28th. Any ideas what has happened? I have had a blighted ovum last pregnancy so I won't get my hopes up too much. Have started 100mg progesterone pessaries today (first time have used these)

Would love to hear if you have known anyone or have experienced the same similar and how this has occurred?
