    I found that when things slow down its good to give your routine a bit of a shake down : move your points consumption around (try more points at breakfast, less at diner, this sort of thing), change/increase your exercise, try new recipes...

    Well I've been going about 9 or so weeks. Total loss so far is 6.6kgs.
    I'm getting there slowly. I actually suspect I have lipeodema (have you heard of that? )... which makes it hard to lose weight. ..especially in your legs.
    However. .my jeans are way looser...and other clothes that didn't fit are fitting me.
    So I'm sticking with it a coach wanted me to do the filling and healthy option but I'm not keen on that. It was also TTOTM last week and it really knocks me around.

    Default June Weight Loss Challenge

    TTOM has def an impact. I put on 1kg of water around that time. You should see a great loss next week.

    I heard that doing the filling & healthy option for a couple of day was a great way to kick out of a rut/slow loss.

    That's what people said at meetings anyway.
    Maybe worth a try?

    I have missed two days at the gym. I have had two trips to Brisbane, down and back Wednesday and Thursday. I am feeling exhausted, so I have missed the gym. Back to normal next week, I hope. Still, I feel like I am doing ok with my meals. marie.

    back to the gym this morning. boy it felt like I had been missing for a week or more. anyway, back to my normal every day sessions, and I will feel fine. A little cold and bleak here today, so hard resisting the temptation of comfort food. marie.

    95.8kg this morning. 3kg down for June. Back to my starting weight on 1st January.

    june has ended with not a good result, but I have missed my normal gym days and just been so out of routine with meals, I am not really surprised. I feel happy though because I have seen 71kgs a couple of times, so off I go back into the battle once more. good luck, marie.
