    Default June Weight Loss Challenge

    Here's the thread for June. Will weigh in on Wednesday. Hopefully I can get close to the 70kg mark by the end of the month.

    I'm back after dropping out in March (I think) and adding another 5kgs since then

    Lose baby weight first 28 day challenge for me.

    I'm hoping to lose 4kg.

    Tonight I cooked sesame beef with Asian veg and brown rice. Big tick from DH. DS ignored his and ate fruit, cheese and yoghurt instead.

    I found a small handful of peanut m&ms in the kitchen and ate those. I think I've still got around 200 calories left in the calorie bank for today but I really don't need to use them.

    im glad to see this thread. I am glad to be finally seeing 71kgs. I hope to be seeing 70 or even 69kg by the end of this month. I seem to be very slow but after about 6 months stuck on 72 - 73, I will take whatever loss I can get. Five days a week at the gym, and I have been controlled with my meals most of the time, so I will plough on. marie.

    I'm in. I'm 600g up from Friday, need to get back to exercise. Starting weight for June is 98.8kg. Would really love to be under 95 by the end. Must try really hard. Good luck everyone.

    K I'm in again and going to try do better this time
    First goal is 3kgs I put back on recently.

    I'm in again with a run of sickness in our house over the last 2 months haven't really done to much. So starting Weight for June is 101.3 hoping to lose at least 3kg this month.

    I have been weighed and measured at the gym. I'm happy to be 71.9kg. Some measurements were a bit higher, but not much. My body fat % was down, and my bmi was down too. I feel confident I can loose more. I want to be under 70kg by the end of the month. marie.

    97.2kg today, down 1.6kg so far for June. Hope it continues to go down.
