Default Dry hands! Recommend a hand cream?

Ugh, my poor hands are getting so dry/cracked etc due to the cold weather (plus I do tend to wash my hands a lot which doesn't help).

Does anyone have a particular product they recommend?

I have the hemp hand cream from The Body Shop and I find that okay, but I'm close to running out of it. Something that doesn't wash right off would be ideal!

I second QV. I've tried so many and QV is the best by far.

My friend suffers terribly from dry hands. She's honestly tried dozens of products. She swears by hemp hand by the body shop. It's pricey but a little bit goes a long way.
