    Default Kia Carnival

Anyone have one? Are they any good?
Pros? Cons? We are looking at getting one (maybe?).
It's got 8 seats and lots of room. What's it like to drive?

We have one and I don't like it. Too tinny, basic and blegh. Have also had more problems with it than any other car we've owned.

But with at one point 3 kids in car seats it was really our only choice for the money.

If you get one make friends with the service department.

I don't have one but 2 friends have them and love them. My friend with 5 kids just traded her old one in for a newer model and my other friend with 4 kids likes hers. None have complained about any problems and Kia are the only cars that come with standard 7 year unlimited km factory warranty. But that's only for the brand new kias.

I have a 2009 Kia Grand Carnival. Have had it since 2012, with no problems. 8 seater, with seats that can be removed for easier access. Grand Carnival has a wider boot that just Carnival. I used to have a Carnival previously.

New one or secondhand? I just picked up my new Carnival today. The features on it are amazing. Awesome fuel economy, cheap to insure, drives well (caryard leant me one to try for a week and I fell in love). I will miss my old car but this one ticks all the boxes!

We've just bought one, its a 7 seater not 8, and we love it. It's taken some getting used to as we had a V8 Statesman and there's a big difference in driving but also in rego and insurance which is nice lol. I was surprised at the actual room we've got and how the space in the boot works, I thought I wouldn't fit a pram and shopping in there but I haven't had a problem. I've heard the usual don't buy an old one, but if you must go for at least 2005 as they have crazy engine problems before that.
