    Did 4 X 20 squats with 20 pulses in between each set during my gym workout. Also did same # of lunges each side. 😊

    So when I realised at 1:30am this morning as I was tending to DS that I'd missed my second day, I promptly caught up! Did my set for today first thing to make sure.

    4 X 20 with 20 pulses between sets, and lunges during gym routine. I didn't do any yesterday, just didn't get time and was far too tired at bedtime!
