    Gah I missed today and am now in bed. Did do some squats teaching dance today though...maybe 15?!?

    Will make sure I do them in the morning tomorrow!!!

    I didn't do any yesterday. Remembered before bed and started and thought wtf am I doing, it's 9:45 I need sleep lol.

    So today did some during my gym workout:
    3 X 20 squats with 20 sec pulses in between each set
    3 X 20 lunges each leg with 20 sec pulses in between

    I will join!! Is this how the kardashians got their butts? I always see kylie jenners butt now and wonder how she got this new shape. I'm guessing squats so I'm in!!

    What does it achieve? I'm curious as I do a lot of squats in crossfit but as part of a half hour workout. I always thought spot exercising doesn't work. Does the squat challenge give results?

    Not taking the **** genuinely curious.
