I know I could take a cue from the net and do one of those crazy squat challenges but I tried that before and couldn't walk for two days
I know I won't keep it up if there's pain involved.
I don't mind effort but not pain when I've kids to run after.
As I'm getting ZERO exercise at the minute I was thinking of a gentle approach and keeping track in here will keep me honest.
Planning on Starting on Monday next (30th)
Starting with 30 squats a day for the first week and maybe 50 a day for the second week then reassess from there?
