Still crappy here... Wish I didn't have to work! I'm self employed so literally zero choice.
Is Zofran the same as ondansatron ??? The wafer for under the tongue?? The wafer worked a little for me then stopped working. I hope it works for you!!!!
Same thing but mines a tablet. Don't tell me that haha, I'm so hopeful. Waiting for hubby to get home so he can go get it for me. In the mean time I'm vomiting so hard it's coming out my nose haha
Oh that really sucks! At least you can work from home??

Sorry to hear all you ladies feeling ill. I can totally relate - all 15 weeks worth - mine has finally abated! 8 days without sickness. It's finally over!!

Good luck @Lilsmurfy hope the scan went well.

In other news, I applied for a promotion and had my interview today. I kicked **** but I won't get it. The maternity leave thing is an issue I could just tell. They asked me how I'd fit being a mother into the role and I answered very carefully. Then I asked how THEY think it can work and got some bull$$$$ political answer 'this is a merit based process and we haven't seen the other candidates so haven't thought that far!' Whatevs!

For all wondering about Zofran - I found it to be more effective if I am well hydrated, which I know can sometimes be hard. I found it did nothing if I was on an empty stomach. Try to keep some water down and a cracker while taking it.

I have been off all medications for a week - still vomit once at night before I go to bed (just acid not food) but luckily food seems to stay down. Still get ms but it doesn't feel as severe as it was weeks ago. I was vomiting everything at least 20 times a day so feeling much more relief and I'm approaching 15 weeks.

Everything went well with my scan. Bub's measurement matches my dates. Heart was beating around 160.

I feel for you @WinterJade! I just left my (permanent full time) job because they were making the pregnancy too difficult and the stress was definitely not worth it.
I got lots of "words" but their actions were totally different. It's not easy

Yes, I read in our DIG FB thread about your change of job and move. I figured you were the same Britt as you were talking about thrush in both threads haha! I actually work in HR and the majority of stories I hear are positive in the mothering space but others are ghastly and stuck in the 1950's. I'm especially appalled at your story given you live there and have all your animals on their farm (I love animals). I just don't get people. You don't need to know the Fair Work Act to know what human decency is!!

Am going well thanks 17wks this week. Am just extremely exhausted. Hope your cold goes soon, they are horrible at the best of times but on top of being pregnant are a nightmare.
