I need a referral, it's a ballot so I'm not even guaranteed to get in

The only reason I saw my GP was to get a dating scan referral. He didn't even test me as I was so early. Then cause I had the referral I booked my 6w scan. I erred on the side of caution and booked it for 6w5d. Didn't want an empty sac and freak out for no reason.

Yeah I really want a dating scan too. I'll just over 6 weeks before I'll
    End up having mine ☺️

To go to the birth centre you probably need to have had bloods etc before you go there so maybe just call and check with them
My ob does a scan at every appointment. First appointment is at 8+4, so I'm just waiting for that

I thought after my MC, I'd be keen to get a scan and see that everything was ok, but when I had my mc, first scan there was a HB, so seeing that hb isn't a guarantee anymore.

    NIPT.
I'm thinking my ob will recommend that, due to my age (I'll be almost 35 on my EDD)

I just want it to calm my nerves more than anything.

And you are correct hb means nothing to me, ours was 168bpm so super high and exactly a week later, we had lost bubs 😞

I'm actually not freaking out as much as I thought i would tho!

What's npit? Is that the nuchael fold screen, for downs? I have that one at 12 weeks.

The first Tri is the worst, a lot of waiting for scans and dates to roll around whilst feeling super dooper sick!!! Well that's mine anyway 😝
We have midwife clinic with a dr too. Then midwife delivers but dr close by just in case... I love how the midwives are with you throughout the labour etc

    How is everyone feeling? Xx

No it's like a blood test at 10 weeks that looks specifically at bubs genome for trisomies.

You have the nt scan at 12 weeks also ☺️

How are you doing with your ms?

I haven't had really any yet, I vomited into my mouth and swallowed 😧😳 this morning, but didn't actually feel sick 😬

I'm having a productive day at uni ☺️
