    Oh girls, I'm so sick, it's making me feel really emotional too. Thank god dh is being wonderful but omg, it's constant and never ending... Feeling so awful and sad

    Yep, number 1 for me ... apart from my 2 fur babies who are going to be in shock when Bub arrives and pushes them down the pecking order! Haha!

    It's definitely a shock to the system

    DD is almost 3 and still wakes up at night (not every night thankfully).

    Oh I had the exact thing! So frustrating! Settled down at 12 weeks. Yay! I'm devouring sleep now. My trick when I woke up was to clear my mind and say to myself 'you will go back to sleep'. I still do it now at 4.30am when I wake up.

    Good luck!!! It sucks. Def not good for the mental resilience.

    I have already taken the medicine, sickness wafer thing goes under your tongue. That's all they can give, maxalon did nothing xx
    Hope everyone else has a good day though x
