    Default Best multivitamin? Help!!

Hi guys, am 9 weeks tomorrow and needing help. I've tried Elevit and Swisse and both have had the same horrible side effect of severe (TMI WARNING) constipation. I've already had a hemmoroidectomy and not interested in another one. Any advice or anyone have similar side effects and found a good one?
    Thanks ladies

I've had the same issues with Elevit and I also have bowel problems normally. I'm on Biomedica Natal Care and it doesn't constipate me. I order it through a natropath.

I take this one & love it after experiences like you described with other brands

It's food based so easier to absorb.

I also took blackmores. Swisse made me feel horrid. Blackmores I didn't have any problems with. Well... aside from the fact that they're huge and taste gross despite the vanilla flavouring.

I love garden of eden raw Prenatal as it has vitamins from real organic food rather than made in a lab..

My doctor sent me straight to get Elevit as she insisted very strongly on that brand yesterday. My bowls aren't great as it is so following this incase it doesn't agree with me either!

Elevit was not good for me and caused constipation. Blackmores was much better
