6 deg omg! I thought we had it bad at 19 in tassie (day before was 28, day after 29, wtf?!). I too had a little coat/bolero thing made, I wore to the reception. Funnily enough I don't remember being that cold, I think the champagne and excitement kept me warm. My poor bridesmaids were frozen though 😊.

This was our Bridesmaid dresses, we saw one we loved online and had a dressmaker copy it. My poor qld bridesmaids froze in tassie though 😂.

Loved the bridesmaid dresses so much I should have had one made for myself! At least I might have been able to wear it again.

I was married nearly 20 years ago though ... but I did love my dress.

I ended up cutting it up and making a christening gown for my daughter from it, which was beautiful.

Love wedding dresses. This year is 7 years for us. I loved my dress at the time. Not sure what I would choose now.

I loved my dress so much. So comfortable to wear. It was $2500 (back in 2009) off the rack, needed no alterations.

Omg I love this thread. I love wedding dresses. I love clothes!

DH and I are coming up to our 16 year anniversary. Here is my dress. The beading was stunning so I've put a close up of that.

When I look back at photos I still love the dress. My favourite part is the scooped neckline.
