Hope you can see the detail on the skirt? it was this wavy detail, can't remember what the fabric was called but it was in this swirl/wavy arrangement, in a very light pink colour. sort of reminded me of roses the way that fabric sat. was relatively inexpensive as far as wedding dresses go, this it was based on a Vera wang design. I wasn't too fazed with spending up big on the dress. you only wear it for one day!

we had a very intimate/small wedding overseas and didn't bother with a wedding party (i.e. no bridesmaids/matron of honour and no groomsmen/best man)

My dress! Bought from lightinthebox for $150 as I ended up getting pictures in the water at the beach and intended to ditch my dress (I'll never need it again!), it was actually lovely and my MIL paid $100 to have it washed and boxed and is storing it!

Now that I've shared in your other thread I thought I better share here. My dress was designed and made for me and I've never felt so beautiful. Cost $6000 plus about 15 fittings. ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1463780063.023742.jpgImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1463780075.471370.jpg

Here's a close up of the top. It was strapless and came with a matching wrap. I had the wrap made into straps as strapless doesn't suit me.
