    Default What to pee into?

I'm getting all of my items sorted and making sure I know how to use them to predict O and help me to conceive. I looked at the OPK packet I got given from a friend and there is a diagram of the stick being inserted into a cup of pee.

Do you pee into something and then test or can you pee straight onto the stick?

You can get little pee cups at the chemist, or just use an old cup ( that you won't use again)
