    Thanks@ Greenlady, Tuxcat & Maxwellsmum it was also on the list that my first fs told me to take. @Tahli thanks I knew that you had to stop if you get a BFP but the person who posted this yesterday on a different thread which wasn't you is saying that Vit E is great for lining but damaging to eggs, & not to use it for stim cycle and as soon as eggs collected then take a higher dose.

    @Blossom74 vanilla slices for dinner sounds the ticket, have to admit sometimes I skip the main course and go straight for the chocolate in the fridge. A bit too often these days. I am beginning to realise how much I relied on a glass of wine after work.
    @faithhopeandllove good luck with your iron......what I wouldn't do for a guinness!
    Thanks @Bongley and everyone! I have gone through a couple of days of major meltdown... But my DH has been wonderful and reminded me it's not the end of the road - so we now have to choose our country and clinic for ED! I can't decide on Greece or Czech... I have to get some extra blood tests done and then get things started. My DH I think prefers Greece as he liked talking to Dr K but Athens seems like such a huge city to me... I really dislike it when I get into indecision.... This forum has really given me a great base of information thank you everyone! I think I would've given up by now if I hadn't heard everyones journeys and the possibility of a positive results!

    Now I'm really frukin worried, as I've been taking Vit E on all of my cycles, I thought it was good for both?

    I'm going for my cd9 scan today & will ask my nurse but I'm really freaking out now
    It's on Wazza's Pharmacy of Supplements which I took for 2 Cycles.

    The second Cycle I did with him I was taking all of the supplements for about 7 months non stop with no adverse effects to my eggs.

    In fact...that Cycle produced my best quality embryos😊

    Great news @Precious40. Congrats to your husband and you.
    @skye76 I wouldn't stress as studies have shown giving vitamin e to egg laying chooks improves the quality of the eggs. If you are already getting a lot of vitamin e in your diet and then taking a large supplement amount, then it can cause issues but you would have to be taking a lot daily and I can't see that. Hope all goes well at your day 9 scan. What were the studies that indicated otherwise?
