    @Maxwellsmum - I will have a look in my fridge later and see if I have any Gonal f left over. I know there is a box of stuff at the back of the fridge but it might just be left over ovidrel. If I have some Gonal f you can have it.

    @tegs26 ahhhhh isn't it the most amazing place!!! You get so lost in all the little alleyways. Enjoy!

    @Maxwellsmum so sorry you are in a bad way, its so frustrating especially when you think moving to donor eggs will be easier (that's where my heads at!!!). I really think this is just a hurdle and you WILL get there, but I understand your anger and sadness at it all, it really is frucking unfair, theres no two ways about it. Sending you a huge hug, vent as much asa you need to if it helps you get it out. I too have a little bit of gonal f in two pens in the fridge but not sure it would be enough and the refrigeration element is kind of tricky in sending it to anyone. Can definitely look into it if you need it.

    @skye76 I wouldn't get too wound up about this kind of talk, people say all kinds of things, Ive never heard vitamin E to be bad for eggs, and always took it which I think did improve my lining but who knows. Im pretty sure its in all the pre-conception vitamins so I wouldnt think there was any major issues with it. Not worth worrying about IMO.

    I think it was me who posted about stopping vit e 1000 once you get a BFP as it has been linked to heart problems in babies. That was LBs advice. I'd get your own FS to clarify. @tegs26 Pregnant and in amazing Venice! Most jealous!! My tip for Venice...because it's so expensive live on gelato instead of real meals. Challenge yourself to try 6 new flavours a day. It's worth it!!

    Thanks@ Greenlady, Tuxcat & Maxwellsmum it was also on the list that my first fs told me to take. @Tahli thanks I knew that you had to stop if you get a BFP but the person who posted this yesterday on a different thread which wasn't you is saying that Vit E is great for lining but damaging to eggs, & not to use it for stim cycle and as soon as eggs collected then take a higher dose.

    @Blossom74 vanilla slices for dinner sounds the ticket, have to admit sometimes I skip the main course and go straight for the chocolate in the fridge. A bit too often these days. I am beginning to realise how much I relied on a glass of wine after work.
    @faithhopeandllove good luck with your iron......what I wouldn't do for a guinness!
    Thanks @Bongley and everyone! I have gone through a couple of days of major meltdown... But my DH has been wonderful and reminded me it's not the end of the road - so we now have to choose our country and clinic for ED! I can't decide on Greece or Czech... I have to get some extra blood tests done and then get things started. My DH I think prefers Greece as he liked talking to Dr K but Athens seems like such a huge city to me... I really dislike it when I get into indecision.... This forum has really given me a great base of information thank you everyone! I think I would've given up by now if I hadn't heard everyones journeys and the possibility of a positive results!

    Now I'm really frukin worried, as I've been taking Vit E on all of my cycles, I thought it was good for both?

    I'm going for my cd9 scan today & will ask my nurse but I'm really freaking out now
    It's on Wazza's Pharmacy of Supplements which I took for 2 Cycles.

    The second Cycle I did with him I was taking all of the supplements for about 7 months non stop with no adverse effects to my eggs.

    In fact...that Cycle produced my best quality embryos😊
