Breakfast - Puritan protein smoothie (4 scoops chocolate), raw goats milk, half an avocado, 1 frozen banana, 1/4 cup oats
Lunch - Dim Sum (see a pattern!? I love asian food!) didn't eat too much - filled up on bok choy with oyster sauce before the dumplings came
Mug of chicken bone broth while DS had dinner
Dinner - Green minestrone (again, it was the last serving)
Chamomile tea after dinner and some blueberries, maybe a glass of red with DH as he hasn't been home before I have gone to sleep yet this week!
edit to add - not enough water, probably 1L if I am lucky - need to work on that tomorrow!
