Breakfast - Puritan protein smoothie (4 scoops chocolate), raw goats milk, half an avocado, 1 frozen banana, 1/4 cup oats
Lunch - Dim Sum (see a pattern!? I love asian food!) didn't eat too much - filled up on bok choy with oyster sauce before the dumplings came
    Latte
Mug of chicken bone broth while DS had dinner
Dinner - Green minestrone (again, it was the last serving)
Chamomile tea after dinner and some blueberries, maybe a glass of red with DH as he hasn't been home before I have gone to sleep yet this week!

edit to add - not enough water, probably 1L if I am lucky - need to work on that tomorrow!

Yesterday was a total grazing shamozzle. Shopping day, so...

Breakie was scrambled eggs, smoked salmon.

Went out shopping, grazed on walnuts, dried apple & apricots, raw chocolate, not raw chocolate...

Came home, had roast for lunch, lamb and usual vegies with sauerkraut.

Took kids out for "treats run" ended up with GF gingerbread, coconut milk ice cream, bag of weird dried beans/chickpeas that is also delicious. All that was dinner.

Bfast.. I slice of white toast with butter, a coffee

Then I bought a flat white

Lunch / brunch was an avocado and two eggs

    Then a coffee yoghurt.

Had another instant coffee and a Kingston biscuit for afternoon tea

Small bowl of fried rice followed by a coffee

4 coffees seems to be my minimum.. But I also drank a fair bit of water..
