My diet is definitely letting me down so hopefully this thread will help me to be more accountable. I can't remember yesterday so will do today.
Breakfast: green smoothie (avocado, spinach, pear, banana, chia & cashews)
Morning tea: jarrah hot chocolate, made on 1/2 boiling water and 1/2 full cream milk
Lunch: chicken breast with creamy garlic and white wine sauce, mashed potato and steamed veg (leftovers from last night)
Afternoon tea: mandarin
Pre-workout snack: banana
Dinner: zoodles with bolognaise sauce and 3 pieces of garlic bread
Dessert: small handful of m&ms
Breakfast - cherry pancakes with lemon, a mouthful of orange juice and a chai
Mid morning - coffee, a biscuit, frozen peas
Lunch - carrot, broccoli, red rice, tuna and a Vietnamese sauce
Mid afternoon - mandarin, banana, persimmon, dried apricots and cashews (hungry!) and a coffee
Dinner - zucchini slice, cucumber and hummus
Supper - chai and 2 bliss balls (made of dates & macadamia)
Plus a few more teas/coffees
Breakfast- skinny flat white
Poached eggs, avocado, goats cheese, mushrooms and spinach
Morning tea- Greek yoghurt, green apple and cinnamon
Lunch - grilled tempeh , small
Coffee and half a peanut butter wrap
Afternoon tea- half an apple
Dinner- baked eggs with goats cheese, kale , avocado and sour cream
Breakfast: whole meal toast with peanut butter and banana
Mt: coffee and pastry
Lunch (at 4pm!): whole meal turkey lettuce and cranberry sandwich
Dinner: pasta with ham, peas and cheese sauce
Dessert: dark chocolate with almonds
Very similar to yesterday...
Breakfast - puriton protein (4 scoops chocolate flavour) smoothie with raw goat milk, half an avocado and a frozen banana
Mocha - 95% cocoa with a double shot of espresso and hemp milk (from local healthfood shop)
Lunch - Malaysian Laksa <-- soooo good
Latte (probably shouldn't have although our cleaner was at home so it was to kill time and catch up on some emails at the local coffee shop)
Snack - cucumber and tomato salad and a 2 huge spoonfuls of Bolognese sauce while DS had dinner (mindless eating)
Dinner - green minestrone with some parmesan and lots of dried chilli
After dinner - chamomile tea, square of dark chocolate, two kiwi fruits and a passionfruit
Drinks - more water than yesterday - probably 1.5L
So overall not bad but probably too much food seeing as I am supposed to be shaping up for the European summer
I had a shocker yesterday!
3 X white bread toast (all that was left in freezer) with heaps of peanut butter
Small home made mocha (full cream milk)
Egg muffin and hash brown from MacD (😱)
Walnuts, pecans and sultanas
3 X weetbix with honey and full cream milk
Not a vege in sight and only an apple for the day!
