Yesterday (Monday), I ate:
Breakfast: all bran with high lo milk. Can of diet lemon squash
Morning tea: cup of soup
Lunch: 3 x ryvitas with cottage cheese and 1/2 avocado, low fat yogurt
Arvo snack: apple
Dinner: salmon, 2 x new potatoes, broccolini, brussel sprouts, hollandaise sauce
Late snack: watermelon
Better than the day before!
My food life is so boring at the moment because I'm trying to sort out intolerances
Breakfast - broth followed by a soy coffee
MT - apple and nuts
lunch - sweet potato rosti with soft boiled egg
AT - raw chocolate
dinner - beef and broccoli stir fry with kelp noodles
Today so far...
1 slice of toast with butter. 2 coffees with milk.
Mt, a coffee yoghurt
Lunch, the other half of the piece of salmon that I ate for lunch yesterday. An apple
I've been drinking heaps more water and I'm going to try and only have one more coffee today.. Let's see, I already have caffeine withdrawal headaches!!!!!
Eta... I had good intentions, but had two more coffees. Also had a handful of grapes.
Dinner was 1 sausage, some mashed sweet potato and peas and corn... Tried to have a smallish portion size..

Breakfast - crumpets with vegemite/cheese/butter
Lunch - leftover spaghetti bolognese/green apple/passionfruit yoghurt
Dinner - Kung Pao chicken stir fry with hokkien noodles
Evening beverage - very small glass of white wine
Dessert - about 8 x starburst
Lunch - cup a soup, 2 pieces whole meal toast with cheese slices
Dinner - pad Thai with chicken
2x mint slice biscuits.
B- green smoothie banana spinach kale raspberries strawberries and gelatin powder
L- Maccas south chicken burger
D- garlic marinated chicken breast, sweet potato mash and corn cobs
