    I was terrible on the weekend - tried to be 'good' today!!!
    Breakfast - puriton protein (4 scoops chocolate flavour) smoothie with raw goat milk, half an avocado, frozen banana and 1/4 cup oats.
    Lunch - Vietnamese (salt and pepper tofu and beef pho - yum!!!)
    Latte and a smidgen of brownie they had on the sample tray
    Snack - cucumber and tomato salad while DS had dinner and two passionfruits
    Dinner - easy 'green' minestrone (homemade chicken broth, kale, sweet potato, 3 bean mix, carrot, leeks, onion, garlic, tyme, salt, pepper and a parmesan rind) with some parmesan and lots of dried chilli
    Drinks - not enough water, probably 1L and a pressed juice (apple, ginger, lemon, turmeric), green tea and probably a chamomile tea after dinner, maybe a square of chocolate for good measure.

    Breakfast: Coffee, bowl of Cheerios

    Morning tea: Apple and choc chip oaty slice

    Lunch: Steamed prawn and ginger dumplings and pork dumplings

    Afternoon: coffee and 2 biscuits

    Dinner: Stir fried chicken and veg with brown rice

    Breakfast - high protein weet bix (1) with full cream milk

    Lunch - A premium fat free cracker with some shaved turkey breast, cottage cheese and cranberry jelly.

    Dinner - a few mouthfuls of scrambled eggs

    Drank Cyborg protein throughout the day and nibbled on crackers to settle my stomach.

    Handful of walnuts and sultanas

    Nothing! Stuck at dr appt with DH for 3 hours and DS2 raided my bag so he got my apple, trail mix and crackers.

    Afternoon
    4 organic puffed brown rice cakes with peanut butter, an apple, some cherry tomatoes and cucumber
    Glass of milk

    Dinner
    Leftover vege soup with a grilled cheese sandwich
    Glass of milk

    Evening
    Apple
    Handful of almonds

    I drank 2-3l water throughout the day

    Morning tea: banana, apple and rice crackers

    Lunch: Asian salad

    Afternoon tea: popcorn, 3 dates, chicken noodle soup

    Dinner: Agnolotti with pumpkin & sage sauce

    Breakfast: 2 slices of toast (1 peanut butter and 1 vegemite) and a small bowl of porridge with peaches on top. Black coffee.

    Lunch: Lean Cuisine microwave meal and a buttered roll

    Dinner: Chicken schnitzel, oven baked potato gems, mixed vegies (corn, peas, beans, carrots)

    Snacks: Monaco bar, 1 biscuit.

    I can't remember. I'm sick, so my brain's not functioning properly.

    Appetite allowing, today I'm planning on.

    Breakfast:- Wholey Foods Cocoa Breakfast Smoothie.

    Morning Snack:- Banana.

    Lunch:- Pearl Couscous with Chickpeas, Veggies, Smoked Salmon, and a little Avocado Dressing.

    Afternoon Snack:- Berries and cheese.

    Dinner:- BBQ marinated Chicken Kebabs, with mashed sweet potato and mixed veg.

    this thread is great, I'm suddenly thinking more proactively and planning my next meals rather than being lazy and just having whatever's easiest!

    so far breakfast is as per yesterday. I'm craving something sweet and sour for dinner though. might see if I can find a nice recipe online for sweet and sour chicken or something.
