I like this thread! Don't know about yesterday, but today:
Breakfast - baked beans, 2 pieces eye toast & a coffee
Mid morning - entire packet of dark chocolate covered licorice
Lunch - toasted cheese & tomato wrap with mixed beans and a banana
Mid afternoon - cucumber sticks with hummus and a handful of cashews
Late afternoon - a persimmon, more cashews and some dried apricots, sneakily eaten one bite at a time to hide them from my 3 year old while I cooked dinner
Dinner - red rice, salmon, carrot, broccoli, herbs and a Vietnamese dressing
Supper - cup of chai with some cheerios
Plus numerous other coffees/teas. Yes I eat all day at the moment - breastfeeding :P

Breakfast - oats, 2 boiled eggs, black coffee
Morning tea - cheese with capsicum dip, small coffee, half apple, nut mix
Lunch - cottage cheese, cinnamon and half apple
Dinner - roast chicken and salad
B- 1 piece of toast with honey (no butter) & coffee
L- Was out grocery shopping so it was missed (but I tasted a piece of scone from bakers delight) that's all I remember there
D- steak, saganaki, corn, salad.
So today I had..
Porridge and a coffee
Salad with rocket, spinach, green beans, avocado, walnuts and haloumi
I only drank water today.
B- smoothie water, banana, spinach and raspberries
L- jatz w/ tomato feta and tuna
D- meatballs carrot zucchini broccoli and potatoes with sour cream and parsley
D- cherry ripe and chamomile tea
My appetite has disappeared after having bubs but it's slowly coming back
B smoothie with the following: banana, raspberries, rolled oats, chia seeds, organic coconut chips, 10 almonds, coconut water & almond milk. a coffee with almond milk.
Dinner toasted ham & cheese sambo and some grilled tomato
Dessert a salted caramel cookie zapped in the microwave (so the salted caramel melts into a sauce) with vanilla icecream
I snacked on a couple of sweet pastries and these gingerbread biscuits covered in chocolate.
I'm actually more horrified at my day's consumption when I write it down like this. must make more effort to eat healthy. breakfast starts off well then it's all downhill from there!
Well, what didn't I eat! I'm still overweight after having DS and it's not hard to see why.... I can't remember yesterday so I'll do today:
B: same everyday. Porridge with skim milk, sultanas and honey. Green tea and diet cranberry juice to drink.
MT: shared a muesli bar with DD. Then got hungry again later and ate a cruskit with cheese. More green tea.
L: sandwich - whole meal bread with ham, cheese, lettuce, mayo. Can of Coke Zero.
AT: Fun size pack of M & Ms. Orange tea.
Unnecessary snack while cooking: another cruskit with cheese, wine. Actually wine was necessary, DS was driving me mental.
D: one beef burger, white bread roll, slice of cheese, plus rocket, pine nut and Parmesan cheese salad. Diet orange soft drink. 4 chocolate covered almonds after dinner. Then another cup of orange tea.
Wow. Writing it all down really makes me realise I need to make some changes!
Because of this thread I made sure I had a glass of plain water with my dinner tonight. It made me think because I realised I didn't drink any water at all yesterday!
Posting today's now as well because I'll probably forget tomorrow..
Breakfast - Same again, English muffin with cheese and Vegemite
Lunch - I was out so just grabbed 2 mini beef spring rolls from the Chinese take away in the food court
Bottle of water to drink
Snack - Plain potato chips, about 2 handfuls
1 mocha coffee
Dinner - steak toasted sandwich with cheese, spinach leaves and tomato
Small serving of oven baked fries on the side
Glass of water
Late night snack 😳 - Another English muffin fashioned into a mini pizza, with salami, cheese, spinach leaves and tomato paste as the base.
I need more fruit. Less carbs. More water. Hmmm.
