Yeah not a great day here, either.

    B- nothing to eat. Coffee
    L- Vietnamese pork roll
D- 2 pieces Vegemite on toast, water.

I have realised a few things since joining this thread... I don't really snack. I should probably add some fruit etc to my diet but I've just never been a big fruit eater.
I love carbs. Don't drink enough water. @Reneeharry since you mentioned your gelatin powder healthy smoothie I've been thinking about doing it for myself. I had no idea what gelatin powder was (aside from being used in jelly, lol) and I really want to buy it and start making a healthy morning super drink. I asked a pharmacy assistant about it yesterday in the chemist but she had no idea what I was talking about. I'll need to get serious get my hands on some.

    I had..
A slice of ham whilst making sandwiches for lunches this morning..

Then I bought a flat white from a cafe.

Then school called, dd1 was sick, so I went to pick her up..

Finally got a chance to eat, had a left over sausage from dinner last night, then some yoghurt for lunch.

Then I had a coffee in the afternoon and a small piece of the banana bread that I made today.

Dinner was a small bowl of stir fry.
    Followed by another coffee.

(I'm proud of myself for only having 3 coffees! And I had vanilla yoghurt not coffee yoghurt!)

You really should it's amazing for joints and hair. In Chinese culture they eat a lot of gelatin in broths with chicken feet that's why they have nice skin and age well. Gelatin is collagen for the skin. I hurt my knee a few years ago at the gym it was constantly sore and I swear the gelatine fixed it.

I buy mine off Iherb it's cheap and quick delivery. There's plenty of healthy that's to add into a smoothie for your health...

    Today was better than yesterday,

Breakfast: green smoothie - spinach, avocado, banana, pear, cashews and chia seeds
    Morning tea: banana
Lunch: beef casserole, cauliflower, broccoli & carrot
Afternoon tea: mandarin and a small handful of raw cashews
Dinner: sweet potato loaded with chili con carne, cheese, sour cream, taco sauce and chives. Hubby wanted his on Doritos instead of potato so I ate a few Doritos too.
Dessert: Mars bar ice cream :-(

Pretty good yesterday. Skipped the GF bread as I think it's aggravating my eczema. Saw some improvement overnight so hopefully on the right track.

Breakfast - 2 egg omelette with spinach and mushroom

Snack - Heaps of potato has browns (homemade - just grated potato, eggs & arrowroot powder (GF flour substitute)

Lunch - leftover curried meatballs with some extra veg added in - potato & pumpkin

Dinner - Bowl of lamb broth with lots of green, cabbage, spinach etc.

Other snacks were paleo banana bread from Pete Evan's book - really tasty. Some walnuts, apples. Skipping the coffee too because I'm getting way too tired in the afternoons.
