D- 2 pieces Vegemite on toast, water.
I have realised a few things since joining this thread... I don't really snack. I should probably add some fruit etc to my diet but I've just never been a big fruit eater.
I love carbs. Don't drink enough water. @Reneeharry since you mentioned your gelatin powder healthy smoothie I've been thinking about doing it for myself. I had no idea what gelatin powder was (aside from being used in jelly, lol) and I really want to buy it and start making a healthy morning super drink. I asked a pharmacy assistant about it yesterday in the chemist but she had no idea what I was talking about. I'll need to get serious get my hands on some.
