    Default Toddler lunch ideas.

Does anyone have any toddler lunch ideas?

I have just quit work to become a stay at home mum for a while and my mind is at a blank for more toddler lunch ideas for my 18 month old. She eats left over dinner for her dinner already and i don't want her only eating the same foods all the time. She is anaphalaxis to dairy and corn. We are not vegetarian but eat lots of veg.

So far we do boiled egg and a slice of toast with avocado
    Vegetarian mild korma with rice
    Vegtable pikelets
    Homemade wedges
    Zucchini slice
    Quiches
Pasta with 5 bean mix, squeeze of lemon, olive oil and parsley.
Tomato soup with a slice of toast
    Baked beans.

    I am now stuck!

    Default Toddler lunch ideas.

    Falafel
Mini pizza ( I do feta, spinach and basil)
Wraps ( chicken salad, salmon salad, turkey salad, egg salad)
Veggie nuggets ( or chicken or salmon)
    Crab cakes
Crumbed fish strips ( flat head tails are the best, add chia seeds and herbs to your crumb)
    Mini chicken drumettes
Fried rice , I used to add flaked grilled salmon ( makes a good salmon rice ball the next day)
    Lentil rice
Antipasto plate - boiled eggs, olives, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumbers
Egg pancake - ( 2 eggs mixed with fresh herbs, tomato and whatever else you have on hand!) fried in mini non stick frypan and cut into strips ( great healthy finger food and takes 2 mins)
Lentil soup ( I make it thick)
Pasta with ricotta and peas tossed through ( again I used to add fresh flaked salmon)

    Pizza scrolls
    Zucchini slice
    Quiche

There's a lot of ideas in the section of recipes and lunch box I think.

Falafel and egg pancak are great ideas. She already has tasting plate for afternoon tea most days.

How do you get toppings to stick to a mini pizza with no cheese?

I do put a bit of mozzarella on ours but my sister is vegan and she just has the tomato base with various veggies on top, you just can't put too much tomato pizza sauce on as it does get sloppy! ( she also makes a vegan "parmesan" out of blitzed cashews, nutritional yeast and garlic powder - it adds a nice crunch to pizza and pasta)

My kids like little "picking platters". Carrot sticks, peas - either frozen/defrosted or in the pod when I can get them, boiled eggs, protein like leftover roast beef/lamb, sliced ham, occasionally smoked salmon, some home made potato "chips", then some fruit like sultanas, sliced apple or banana, frozen berries.
