    Default Mums: How are you managing Fatigue? Would love your opinion.

    As a father of two (and one on the way...), fatigue is an issue for me. My wife is a champion and I don't know how she does it, though she is conscious of over-caffeinating and staying healthy. So I'd like to find out how you manage your fatigue.

    We also know you time poor so this is a short 5 minute survey that will really add value to our work. If your husband would like a go as well, more than welcome. Here is the link:

    Eat whole foods, nothing processed and drink lots of water. Makes the world of difference.

    Hi, it's personal interest mainly but if I find that there is a major problem with coffee consumption, then I am interested in figuring out a way to help people with this. It may be a product but it's very early stages.

    That's interesting as my first 2 pregnancies I was a huge caffeine drinker prior and during pregnancy and I was hit with such bad fatigue first trimester. This time I haven't had caffeine (only occasionally compared to 2-4 times daily) for 6 months prior to falling pregnant and I feel like I have so much energy am very early pregnant but haven't been hit by the truck yet. Wonder if there is a relationship.
