    I don't have answers but hugs.

    Speak to the Salvation Army (I know there are other community resources but no idea on names etc) who can help with furniture and food until you get onto your feet.

    I believe you can call legal aid - I would assume in the state you are moving to.

    Off topic a bit but do u think adaptil collars work? I've just started our dog on endep few other things and i googled this. Our behaviouralist recommended it and a thundershier I can't afford it all at once!

    I am home. Finally had courage tell my mum. That was hardest part as I found it embarrassing 😥

    How do I tell everyone? I'm so ashamed I don't know why. I don't even want to announce on FB. It makes me feel sick.

    Give yourself time there's no need for big announcements now or ever really. It's a very private thing so don't feel the need to shout it out. Also I can understand feeling embarrassed but there's nothing to be embarrassed about its all part of life. Take time to gather your thoughts for a while. If people ask then you could say 'thanks for your concern, X and I are taking some time to work through some issues at the moment I'm not quite ready to talk about things just yet but will let you know when I am'.
    Big hugs it's a massive step xx
