    Default Abnormal bbt

Hello everyone! Take a look at my BBT chart.
    ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1462774308.796144.jpg

I don't know why it's like that? Though I'm just taking my temperature thru my underarm. And I'm taking it everyday with the same time. I don't know if it's because of the weather or what because it's really hot in here in the Philippines but i have my aircon on. I googled and they said that it's better to take the BBT thru orally or by vagina.

Guys, can you share with me on how do you take your BBT? And if I have some mistakes taking it, what is that? Thank you so much! My ovulation day is near so I'm just basing it with my cervical fluid.

You need a bbt thermometer and to take your temp orally or internally as soon as you wake up in the morning. Before you get out of bed, move, open your mouth etc. you should also wake up at the same time every day.

That will give you more accurate results.

I'm using digital thermometer. And yes, as soon as I wake up, I'm taking my temperature already and I make sure that my thermometer is always under my pillow so it's already accessible. I'm taking my temperature as soon as i open my eyes, still laying on my bed.

Needs to be orally or internally then. Good luck.

Okay thank you! I think I really need to be consistent when taking my bbt.
