My last bowen therapist swore that the 4 ladies he had treated were pregnant within 3 months of starting treatment. 2 ladies within 6 weeks, and 1 (who'd had the treatment before) thinks that she was pregnant within 2 weeks.

Now, having said that, I know a lot of people think it's all a heap of cr*p, and bowen therapy doesn't work. It isn't clinically proven. From personal experience though, the bowen therapist I used to see was really good at helping for pain (back, hips, shoulders, neck, headache, migraine). It's supposed to work on readjusting your body and systems (or something like that).

    Has anyone else tried it?
Hi! I've had a friend suggest it to me and I honestly don't know much about it. I'm open to trying anything honestly. I'll keep it in mind and might look into it in the next few months.

I had been doing accupunture and taking chinese herbs for the last 5 cycles but I've given it up this cycle. It's time consuming and expensive. I have been feeling a little overwhelmed by all this but this weekend I drove back to my Nana's place (she lives about 2 hours away) and had the most relaxing weekend with her and she's left me feeling hopeful and refreshed. Cycle day 5 today so trying to enjoy the less stressful part of my cycle right now!

I'll ask about it when I am at my appointment today (hell, it couldn't hurt if she adds it in to the rest of my treatment, right?). Bowen prices vary, but I've never paid more than $80 for a session. And the most I've ever had in a row is 2. I'll ask what they do for fertility in particular. I have a feeling it involves the coccyx manoeuvre, which I am probably going to get anyway, because my coccyx is the reason I am going!

3dpo here and I don't think we did enough to make this month work 😕 Stupid colds! I'm going to try my best not to think about it too much and just wait til AF shows or my testing day arrives... the final week of the tww is always the most torturous!

Can I join in too ladies. Really thought May was my month, was so excited to get a positive on a FRER but it was a dodgy one, 5 negatives since.
I won't be testing until 21st June now.

We have been trying for 12 months now, have had 2 early/chemicals and a miscarriage in that time.

Currently 3 or 4 DPO not to sure as my OPKs on both those days were the same darkness but not completely positive, then they faded. I have had awful pains under my left ribs today, it wasn't until about an hour ago when I took a Zantac hoping it would help, that I realised I had similar pains that put me in the A&E when we were ttc for my last child. It was to early for test to show BFP. It was reflux which I don't normally get. A week later I got a BFP so fingers crossed its a good sign.

I'll be testing in June, probably around the 7th of May?

This is the 4th cycle TTC and i'm still breastfeeding so I'm not very confident in my chances, but I did get a positive OPK yesterday on CD12, compared to my usual CD22-27 so hopefully the difference is a good thing? Completely unexpected to be this early so just lucky we had already been on an unplanned every 2 day pattern this week.
