    Default June 2016 TTC

Hi ladies, CD1 for me, onto our 7th cycle of trying for baby #2. I'm a bit sad that it didn't happen last month as I was hoping to give my daughter a sibling before she turned 4. Last month was our last cycle with that possibility. It's not a big deal but I had in my head that I didn't want to have another baby until she was 3.5 and now she'll be 4. I fell pregnant with her in our first cycle of trying so I just wasn't expecting it to take this long this time around.

But, negative thinking never helped anyone, so back on the horse I get! I might try OPKs this cycle, I have long, irregular cycles (31-45 days) with next to no symptoms so never know when I'm ovulating. I'm also completely quitting refined sugar, refined grains and soft drink next week, I need to lose a few kg and I'm hoping only eating whole foods will help my body do its thing with growing a baby. But until then, I need to finish of my homemade brownies and homemade ice cream 😂

Good luck to all the familiar faces from previous months and to all of the newbies. I hope your TTC journeys are short!

Both my girls were conceived first go too; we are only into our 3rd month but it is so disheartening...

I am also 5 years older and 20kg heavier too, and the last two years have been super traumatic for us...

I have been on birth control for years now, but even when not on it I was text book 28 day cycle! The last three cycles have been 28 days, 37 days and 30 days... so will have a go at OPKs too this month...

    Good luck hun!

I'm jumping across from May. Ho hum. Currently dpo10, but BFN & my BBT dropped this morning.
Hello June TTC ladies! I'll try not to be the 'sadness' of the group, I promise! (Watched Disneys Inside Out over the weekend, haha!)
