DH has to work today, so he made me a delish breaky yesterday.

Just received a beautiful text from him. I'll be hanging with the 2 kidlets today, hoping it rains so auskick is cancelled!
Then dinner tonight with my mum and brothers etc.

Plus changed. It's raining (hooray, I live in a drought area) but it means I have to try come up with activities to keep them quiet so hubby can sleep. And mr4 is really struggling with his asthma today so will probably need to go see a nurse about that. But the housework and feeding them and etc all stays the same haha

Haha good idea! Buuut I'm waiting for a load of wood to be delivered and one of my cats eats flowers lol
I think I'll do painting or something with DS and get him to do me a picture.

He informed me yesterday he's going to work tonight so we had the Mother's Day dinner I wanted last night.. I cooked, he watched football.. I think he's just p!ssed cause he lost a golf round and could of been playing today..

    Don't feel appreciated one bit.
Big hugs. That sucks! You just can't win with these golf men! My DH still has played so I'm up with the kids. DD said happy Mother's Day which was nice but no presents or cards have been left.

So it seems they either still play or they mope around and get shirty!

@Catzilla I'm going to the game but that experience sounds awesome!

I'm going to the Cyprus club for lunch with my parents, brother and DD and DH will be at home with DS so he can nap. Then I'm dropping DD at home so DH can take the kids to see his mum and I'll go to the footy and come home to probably no food or anything sorted for dinner!

Yep. Cost me $190, so I wouldn't do it more than once a season.

I'm driving out to have lunch at my parent's house. Should be nice. DS loves playing with their dogs, so he should have fun too

Oddly DH received no notification he was working today, yet received a 6:00am call from work wondering where he is. So he promptly left for work! I will miss him (he offered to drive too, which would have been nice).

Hubby and daughter made me breakfast (a green smoothie) and put it in a fancy plastic milkshake cup 😂

Picnic at the park with my mum and family for lunch, then over to see MIL this afternoon.

My daughter told me she's making me tacos for dinner. How kind of her to make her favourite dinner on my special day 😂

Apparently I'm going to spend Mothers Day pulling weeds out in the paddock and then doing housework.

Breakfast in bed, DH is making pork in cider in the slow cooker. Although DS will be having steak as he refuses to eat pork at the moment as he likes pigs too much! Hopefully will sit with my feet up for most of the day.
