Pre-natal vitamins are good to take before, during and after pregnancy. It's just a multivitamin but will give your body a boost. I was low in iron and about to have an iron infusion when I decided to see what the vitamins did...they doubled my iron levels and my energy has been great.

I'm trying to get my body to be as healthy as possible before conceiving 😊

What prenatal vitamins are you taking? My iron levels are really low and would like to increase them before TTC next month.
