    I guess that is your opinion. I'm sorry you have such a poor view of health care based on wherever it is you work. It must make doing your job so much harder.

    If the OP call the surgeons rooms they will tell her the out of pockets costs for him/her they will also inform her who the anaesthetist is so she can do the same thing. Then a phone call to the hospital billing department will explain the rest.

    Maybe the OP is asking to gain a rough idea.
