    Default Guilty confession thread

I'm sure there used to be a thread like this but the only one I could find was from years ago...

    Anyway! Here's mine:

So our daycare just had a cake stall so I baked a heap of biscuits the other night and wouldn't let DH/DS have any because "these are for the fundraiser!!". But when I got there, the other parents had done such a good job of donating so many home-made treats, I figured my biscuits weren't needed. So took them home and ate the entire box before anyone noticed

(I still made a cash donation and spent an hour on the stall, so figured that made up for it at least!)

So what guilty but harmless secrets does everyone else have so I don't feel alone?

Subbing with hope that @harvs will have something scandalous to share, preferably relating to a Gary or Derek 😂

I bought a block of Cadbury Oreo chocolate today for "us". Us obviously really meant me and I ate the whole thing in under half an hour 😯

I hide my chocolate stash in a carrot bag in the bottom of the crisper and if DF asks say we don't have any

I'm sure I have a few, haha. I have a food related one too. The other night I cooked some really nice steaks. I put them on the bench ready to serve while DH was in the toilet. I turned around to grab something and when I turned back one of the dogs had his tongue on the very side of DH's plate! I am still unsure whether he actually licked his steak or not. I gathered that since DH lets the dog kiss him all over the face it shouldn't matter. I just wiped the edge of the plate where he'd smudged the gravy and didn't say a word! He probably would have laughed, I might tell him at a future time. Maybe

I hide lollies in my car. I buy three bags and bring one into the house and pretend that's all I bought. I also make DH share the one bag with me, because that's "all we have" It's a well known fact in my house that I am unashamedly selfish when it comes to food, so my car lollies might not be as much of a well kept secret as I think.
