Hi @Aquinos77 congrats on being pupo. Can I ask why you did a day 3 transfer rather than day 5. My FS is suggesting a day 5 at this early stage mind you I know that could change after Epu and fertilisation over the next few days.

Happening today @Tahli. Will report in as soon as I know. I have to go in today to do my first prog injection. The FS has told me to stop Synarel, trental and Viagra today but I'm confused about the other stuff. I stay on progynova, oestradot, aspirin, Dex is that right? And start on clexane today. I think I better email my nurse at home.

Hi @Caesardust, I did a five day transfer yesterday, Dr M said I will need to test in early Sept. So at the mo, I'm resting and taking it easy. Dr M put back 2 embryos that we're AB grade, she said they we're not the highest quality. All the best with epu and fertilization, and everything will go well for u caesar-we were set back by a day because our donor forgot to trigger but I'm glad we stayed for couple more days in case.

    Hi Tahli,
Thank u and yes fingers crossed! I won't be testing until early Sept. No they didn't give me a number, they just said AB. There we're 19 collected, 11 fertilized and 4 made it to the blastocyte stage, so I'll have to wait to see how they go until Thursday. How r u going?

I booked my flights to SA yesterday, and got approval for leave from work. I felt like doing a little happy dance, but am trying to just remind myself that it's simple another step in our journey. I don't know how others manage with that anxiety post transfer. Can I ask how the embryo's are graded? I've never made it to egg collection point, so I don't have much of a clue.

I don't suppose anyone who has used Natal Fertility Clinic has logged in recently? I'd love to hear more about people's experiences.

    Good luck Aquinos77 and Ceasardust

How did you get on with your nurse @Caesardust? Do you still need some help? I'd say yes, you've got it right. I've never used oestradot before though. Here's to a successful party in the dish tonight!

@Tahli I just met Heidi who showed us how to do the gestone injections. I haven't met Karin and I probably won't now I wouldn't think. Heidi was so lovely so if there is a choice to converse with her do it. She has responded to my emails promptly and was just really caring. A nice change from Monash.
