    @MrsSIG it's always an interesting time. relief that something is actually happening, and nerves at the same time.

    I'm 21 weeks today. Physically all is going well so far. Mentally, Doing a lot better. It's only been the last 3 or so weeks that I have finally gotten OK with this pregnancy. Saying that, 24 weeks is our big milestone (Johnny was stillborn at 24weeks) so the next few weeks are going to be tough.

    @MrsSIG: the waiting sucks. It is good that it is finally going forward. Thanks for asking. We r very happy and aren't looking back. Some people can't even get preg with a good donated embryo or sperm or egg. In a way, we are blessed to have a baby after all.

    My sister's SIL had a baby today and named him the name I had wanted for a boy. Not like I had a claim on it. But it sucks. Not knowing if you'll have a kid, when you will have a kid (if you do), and watching those around u just fall preg and then take your picked name 😭

    MrsSIG.

    Yep, it sure does. My sister accidentally fell pregnant while breastfeeding! She hadn't even had her first period since giving birth, and still managed to fall pregnant!!!

    I wish it was that easy... Whoopsies, I'm pregnant again!

    And on the note of baby names, surely sister SIL is enough distance? I wouldn't care, I would still use the name 😉

    @MrsSIG: about the name. It does bother me a bit if my son has the same name with my close friend's kids or even friend. That says I won't care if i really like the name.

    Ya. i wish it was that easy about the pregnancy. I used to get really sad with the pregnancy news. I come to peace with it now, though. My good friend has just told me about her pregnancy. It is kind of expected that they are going to have the second. It is just a matter of when they will break the news. Not that they tell me that they were trying.

    @Johnathant

    Your fertility specialist should tell you themselves if your fsh is on the high end. You will find that in most cases of non obstructive Azoospermia, fsh is usually high. My husbands fsh is high. You will also want things like your inhibin B levels , testosterone and estrogen levels checked. Sometimes when testosterone levels are too low and estrogen is too high, you can take medication like arimidex or clomid to help increase sperm production. My husband is on arimidex, but there's been no change to his semen analysis (still Azoospermia ). But who knows - it may help when we go for surgical retrieval .
    Hope this helps. How is your wife coping with this? Non obstructive Azoospermia wreaks havoc and pain in the strongest couples.

    You can ask for a copy of the BT result. U r entitled to the result. The page should tell u the normal range then u can compare it yourself.

    Thanks for that I'll get that info at the appointment and put the stats on here. I'm just praying there is some other way they can find sperm in my testes.
    My wife is very supportive and she is adopted herself so is understanding.

    @jonathant: oh yes. Most people have high FSH with NOA. My DH has everything normal because his is caused by a medical condition.
