She did both external and internal scan and seemed pretty thorough. Have no idea if she checked my tubes. No blood tests yet. Nurses will most likely call me tomorrow.

Im back from seeing Dr Woman-of-few-words. DH has to have another sample examined due to only having enough sperm to fertilise 5 eggs last round. But it wont delay a cycle unless there is a big surprise.

Im off on my IVF retirement tour by the looks of it. 3rd & final stim cycle. Changes are more aggressive and Im happy:

    - 350 Puregon

    - Luveris (joining @LillyM with 3 injections a day)

    - Double transfer (unless we get to day 5 and it looks like by some miracle we will get a frosty. If we do get to freeze, then transferring 1 only. So pretty much its a double).

Thank you all for your well wishes and support. I guess we have nothing to lose, so why not, and lets try not to end up in hospital next time. DrG said "lets hope for a better result", and I said "well it couldn't get any worse than what has happened so far". When DrG was going over our file, DH said, "so your telling us we are both sh*tboxes then". Yep, man of great word choices.

Gotta love a man with a sense of humour @Billie2.
Looks like a good protocol- very similar if not the same as @LillyM?

Welcome back to the ivf train, let's hope it's an express one to BFP station

Also- @Billie2.. forgot to mention DH didn't get asked about shaving routine.. and I agree with @StephyG.. it's all about the testosterone. Higher testosterone = more hair = more shaving.

Default Any experiences with Primary Ivf? #3

@tjuls thanks. He is complaining about shaving so hoping its a good sign for his results. And yep, same as @LillyM so I think its called the Sh*tbox protocol. Except Im 100mg lower dose & not on DHEA.

Should I have questions for the GP written out or wait for the specialist and the nurse?
I'm so nervous, Sydney gives me anxiety attacks, too busy for me lol But I am excited too. So my body doesn't know what to do 😐

Don't be nervous @Keedy11.. it'll be alright. Nothing to worry about. If u're anything like me, memory is shonky ( I dont think I've fully recovered from baby brain first go), then writing down questions is a good idea. Keep in mind though that those questions might not be answered at the first apptment with the GP.
