Urgh.....couldn't get to Preston before the collection centre closed at 11am this morning so had to go to a local one. They said the results should still get through to Preston today, but it looks like not.....now I have to wait until tomorrow for official beta results. All this waiting is so hard!!!
    Ok. vent over....
How is everyone else going? Been very quiet here today......

You're all doing so well!! BFP's all around! Hopefully you will follow suit @tjules

As for me, my last Hcg was 10 and my final blood test is tomorrow!! Bleeding has pretty much stopped so a slow spot.

Sending off our police checks and once those are in we will make an appointment with the specialist

Thanks @VickyP I will stick around because I have learnt so much from this group & maybe someone might gain something from me as well. Big huge congrats on your bub as well! I was put on melatonin because of my age to increase the chances of good mature eggs. ..I have been taking 4mg everyday for 1.5 months along with vitamin D (deficiency ) CQ10, fish oil & Elevit. Today they collected 12 eggs so in the next few days we will find out if the melatonin & other supplements have made a difference to the quality of the eggs. I have a dull ache and bled from the procedure today but just spotting now & hoping to hear from them tomorrow. Hope everyone has had a great weekend xx

    Hello ladies.
Sorry my head has been elsewhere past few days- been in hospital visiting Hubby's aunt (55 yr old) who has just been given bad news that her chemo/radiotherapy treatments are no longer effective and there is nothing they can do for her. So she is now helping them to plan her funeral. Bloody sad

Anyways.. my apology for not checking in on u @Peridot and wishing u well with ur EPU. But glad to read u got 12 eggs. That's fantastic ! I had 12 retrieved also! Fingers xd you get good fert rates tomorrow. Is melatonin on prescription? :?
That's a bummer @OneOfTheseDays u couldn't make it to the collection centre. But by the look of that 2nd line, I have no doubts u will have really good beta numbers.. my bet- >400

Thank you @MrsSingh .. looks like ur beta will be 0 by mid week if not end of the week. Yay!
You must be just itching to get back into it.
Hope everyone has had a great long wkend Xx

Thanks @tjuls & sorry to hear about your aunt. ..I reserve my use of the c word exclusively for cancer...it is such a horrible disease robbing families of hope & love 😠Yes the melatonin was prescribed by my fs...I think it may have something to do with the miscarriages as well as my age...

@Peridot congrats on a dozen eggs, thats a big haul for 39!! What protocol were you on? Or did you say & I need to read back? Hoping you receive good news tomorrow.
@tjuls melatonin is in cherries! It helps you sleep. Sorry to hear about DH's aunty. She is so so young. Your family will be in my prayers.

Saw a 'father of the year' nominee yesterday. Took DS8 to GoldClass to see TMNT2, and a father sat his 2 kids in a row with 2 seats along the side. He had a seat up the front in the middle section. His young kids spent the movie running up & down the isles with hot laps of the bar outside. Manager appears & has to hit the father in the front row to wake him up. He had his hoodie over his face asleep!

    What an ar$ehat..!!
