Hi @ABG79. Yes I've triggered with Pregnyl for all my FET's. It's nice and easy with no side effects.
Still waiting on the nurses for my day3 embie update. Maybe they won't contact me. When did they confirm ET @onedaymaybebaby? I thought on day3 for a day5 transfer.

@Lilpingu thank u. Is it easy to mix and do u inject into tummy? Is the needle similar to orgalutran? Or ovidrel trigger? I'm feeling a bit worried about it. I'm hoping I don't need to use the trigger and that I ovulate naturally on my own. Have another blood test on Wednesday to determine if I need to use the trigger, and if all good hopefully transfer on Friday or Saturday 😊

It's hard for me to comment as I'm a nurse and mixing/preparing medications is easy for me. Love cracking open the ampule. There is a blunt drawing up needle to mix the Pregnyl and then you swap needles to the small one which you put in your tummy. I never got the opportunity to ovulate naturally, the trigger was all part of the cycle each time.

@Lilpingu I'm so nervous about it - I may get the nurses to do it for me or see my GP. Will see what happens on Wednesday. I have an Accupuncture appt tomorrow so hopefully that brings on my ovulation. If it's no worse then the orgalutran needle or ovidrel trigger I should be fine ..

Lol my poor partner. Now i have a huge bruise. That was the cd21 BT im hoping cd2-5 bt isnt as much blood. Wah! I have no probs with vaccinations just blood test. Maybe i need a vallium next time 😢

Oh no @tammyln you poor thing! I think blood tests are the worse! Had u drank plenty of water beforehand? That helps with blood flowing easily. I was so nervous/anxious after my first nurse consult where they explained how to do the needles I was absolutely terrified and was so angry that I had to go through it all.. But after the first injection it was so easy from them on and felt so proud that I did it myself that I bought myself some new earrings to treat myself haha.. But I am really nervous about this trigger needle I may have to do, as you have to mix the meds before injecting and I'm so clumsy I'm fearful I'll do it wrong! This journey turns us into wonder women - we can do anything haha xx

@tammyln drink plenty of water beforehand it really helps the blood flow easily when u have blood tests. Hopefully your next one will only be 1 vile.. Were they testing for lots of the one you had today? I think once you start your stim cycle they will only take one vile as that's all they need to check your hormones. Sorry if you've already mentioned where you're up to im terrible at keeping up!
I've got a great GP - she will be more than happy to do it for me but a friend of mine who used this trigger just reassured me that it's not that bad, now I'm thinking I'm up for the challenge haha xx
