Ive had a whole heap of other dramas happening so its taken my mind of things actually.

Have been doing a little bit of thinking about when all the DE stuff will start. Once we know the outcome and tell our PD then I'll see what she says. She hasnt "officially" said Im offering but she talks like its a done deal so Im hoping that means it is. Part of me feels sad about really closing the door on my own eggs but part of me also feels excited about a real chance of having a baby so I think once this is over and I have a couple of days to cry i will feel excited about the next steps and a little bit daunted!!

    enjoy your weekend, sounds fun
@tuxcat Mine always arrived too when I was at RPA, usually around DPO12. Two crinone doesn't seem to stave it off, three did though FWIW. Sorry to hear about your other dramas that was my issue with going through this shizzazle for so long, means you are already strung out by the time life trips you up. (although sounds like you are on top of it?) Makes it hard to cope with other things. Breaking my arm 2 years ago, rounds of being sick, trying to find a donor and moving house last year really tried my stress levels.

I read this on someone's facebook feed yesterday and it resonated with me.

How heavy is your glass of water?

Infertility is like a glass of water that gets bigger with every month I reckon and one that you can't put down......

@tuxcat if AF arrives before your BT should you up your progesterone to keep it away to give your little embie the best shot, particularly as it was a little behind?

Thanks for you well wishes girls. We've had the 7 week scan and we have a singleton. HB of 149. All looking good. We have another scan next week (I'd have one a day if I could!). EDD is NY's eve/day, but we'll be having it before Christmas.

@tuxcat I always got AF before BT too. The last two cycles I went to my GP and asked for a script for crinone. I didn't tell them it was extra, just that I needed a script and didn't want to go back to the FS (who is a 40 minute drive away). I doubled my dose and AF stayed away.

@Bongley that does resonate, Ive always said that its the longevity / relentlessness of this that makes it so hard and the no guarantees. If you knew that it would/wouldnt happen at the start you could just get on with things.

I love this one.. its a bit like "always wear clean underwear in case you get hit by a car!"

    3. Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.

My AF always comes except when Ive used endometrim which Im on this cycle. But in saying that it was when I did a medicated FET so my whole system had been taken over so Im wondering whether it will hold it off this time. 3 a day. Its ok, much better than crinone, that sh!t along with synarel are the worst
