    Whatever helps you Hun don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Warren might have ideas too? I'm not feeling hopeful either. I've my bloating down to ibs from stress and after eating. Other wise I don't feel anything and don't feel hormones or anything?

    Don't let the negativity of my cycle bring you down hun you are still in with a chance. You are much younger than me and dont have the addedd egg/embryo issues I seem to have. This is the hardest part hang on in there hun x

    Oh no it's not cause of you Hun, I know right bring on wed. I don't want to get negative results while I'm at work so I'm trying go work out what to do might have to leave early to ring.

    I can understand you not wanting to have that phone call at work hun whatever the outcome so yes probably best to have a plan of action. Do you still not plan on POAS?

    It's a very personal decision hun I have always tested either the morning before or morning of bt with DH at home. More for the fact to be together when we get the results and to prepare myself before hearing it from nurses. On two occasions (once when I tested too early at old clinic when bt was earlier and once with a cheap test rather than a first response brand) I got a false negative as hcg was very low and non viable pregnancies. I have had 7 transfers in total.

    On the other hand you have to plan for the day ahead at work whatever the result so it has to be whats best for you x

    I actually have not even though the last few days about a home test I forgot they existed that might actually work to help me through wed
