@Heyside- I had to pay my hospital excess the first time doing intralipids at St Andrews, but haven't paid for the subsequent visits, just signed a form confirming no gap.

Hey @Heyside .. @softshellcrab is right...you are admitted as a day patient so all you'll have to pay is your excess or any copayments that you may need to pay depending on your Private Health. I had no procedures this year so far so my first intralipids I had, I had to pay my $250. So if you've already paid it this year you may not need to pay anything.

Oh ladies that is such a relief to hear, one less thing to worry about, I have already met my $500 excess this year with the procedures I have had so hopefully that will be it and not much more if there is a cost. @ange111 this might help you too??

Hey ladies, sorry I've been absent from here for awhile. I've been hit with the flu, laryngitis and a strained back! Still suffering and hoping I'm going to be better soon as I'm meant to start my new meds on Sunday and really don't want to have to wait another month 😢

Thanks Heyside, yeah I would be devo if I couldn't start this month. I was also looking forward to us doing a cycle together. I'm going to give Charlotte a call tomorrow and see what she thinks. My GP has recommended i go for a pelvic ultrasound on Monday as I was getting bad pelvic pain which I thought was related to the flu but other flu symptoms are almost gone but pelvic pain is still there. Fingers crossed it's nothing that will interfere with my cycle.

Thanks for asking Heyside. I couldn't get in touch with Charlotte but I spoke to Kendall. She didn't think it would be a problem to start so I'm ready to start taking syranel spray, melatonin and prednisone on Sunday. I'll get the scan next week and if anything shows up that might cause a problem then we'll go from there. Fingers crossed all goes ok!
