    Default Quick slice recipe

So this week I get to do some baking for the school tuckshop. I have no idea what to cook but thought I could easily do a slice or biscuits.

I only need to make sure it is nutfree and about 12-18 portions.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

I made yummy apricot coconut balls this afternoon using this recipe. I halved it as I didn't want too many and added in 1tbspn chia seeds (also swapped a mix of maple syrup and olive oil for the honey as DD only 10 months so didn't want to add honey). The half recipe made 28 small balls (teaspoon size) so if you did the full recipe you could get 25-30 larger ones. They were very nice!

My favourite quick and easy sweets:
-Anzac biscuits (I just made two trays of these tonight in about 20 minutes for a cake stall tomorrow!)
-Rum balls. Minus the rum of course. But literally just condensed milk, crushed Marie biscuits, coconut and cocoa, and they're always super popular! (Mostly amongst my colleagues at work :P ) And no baking required!

I am feeling a love hate feeling toward you right now. I have the ingredients for both of these slices. Dangerous. Very dangerous.

Choc balls..1pk marie biscuits 1 fyin condrnsed milk 1/3 cup cocoa 1/2 cup coconut plus extra to roll in. Crush biscuits mix dry ingredients add condensed milk roll into balls coat in coconut

Mum used to do a yummy one you could alter....
1 pk marie misc 1 tin condensed milk 2-3 choc bars. Peppermint crisp was amazing. Melted choc for the top. Crush bisc and choc bars add condensed milk press into tin top with melted chocolate.
You could swap the choc bars and chocolate for dry fruit.
