I wouldnt cause it could affect the docs diagnosis.. Best to be honest with your gp..

I'd be more inclined to go to gp and focus on the long cycles rather than the ttc

You've been BFing while you've been ttc, haven't you? That's possibly also not helped with your cycles

I said I wasn't going to retest after I got my BFP but since I can't get bloods done till Monday and see the GP till Wednesday I thought I'd test again. I have run out of FRER so I used a Confirm poas (which I have never used before). There is a line but it's very, very faint. Now I scared that I'm losing this pregnancy... I'll test again with fmu and might have to go and buy some more FRER to get me through till my GP appointment.
My symptoms are very present still and no sign of bleeding so I suppose that's a good thing still.

What's everyone's experiences /thoughts of the Confirm tests??

I've always had long, irregular cycles, except between my two pregnancies. So it's normal for me? I also had ultrasounds done about 6 years ago of ovaries etc and all was normal- I thought that was a long time but GP seemed to think it would have shown something if there was an issue. I'll definitely be requesting full testing of another 6 months goes by.

I think I'll leave it for a few more cycles and keep trying to drop the rest of this baby weight and hope that will sort it out.

Not sure about those, sorry. Maybe just a different sensitivity? did you check the fine print to see?
