Oh really? I've put on 10 since my wedding in sept, mixture of stress over ttc and family dramas, so currently I just eat and watch tv lol

I'm going to try having a shake for brekkie, and to lower my carb intake.

Oh, I need to lose weight too, but I need to lose 15-20kg to get to my 'ideal' weight - I lost 10 kg two years ago in 12 weeks and then a family tragedy saw me gain that 10kg back and a little bit more - so I know I can do it and I can do it well, just gotta get my head in the game too - I count calories (works for me for some reason), and am going to go back to walking, boxing and yoga. x

Oh, and this month I was thinking of trying some OPKs, then thought nah, if this month isn't successful I'll get some next month, now I wish I had some; is it to late to get some if I think I will O on Friday? And if I O on Friday, should we DTD tonight and tomorrow night or tonight and Friday night, or Saturday, or all of the above? LOL! We DTD Friday and Sunday gone (too early). 🙃

@Lovemysons - I got a false positive on a FRER last weekend. I got bloods done - definitely not pregnant, but no explanation for my dizziness 😕

Still completely in the dark as to whether I'm even ovulating.

Got my script for metformin today. Anybody have any stories to tell me about how it did or didn't help in regards to hormones, ovulating, insulin resistance? Etc
