At least with a digital you'll know for sure. Good luck

Might try the SMEP next month. Yeah, that'll be something different (don't they say doing the same thing over & hoping for different results is a sign of insanity?!) So, yeah, better go google SMEP - & all complimentary and conflicting information, haha!

All the best for your next 9 months @Thescientist xx
We only managed every second day this month! I think it's all about timing and a little bit of luck. Have you tried opks?

Yes, to OPKs - the smiley face ones are good. First few months it was all pretty standard - flashing for a few days, then solid - however this past month I got EWCM about a week earlier than my app was predicting so tested and had a few days of no face then a day with the solid smiley. We DTD a couple times anyway when I noted the cm change as I figured why not? And then when we got the smiley it was game on!
I'm nearly 35 & DP is 38... I think we're going to look at some screening in July once we've been trying for six months. Age feels against us?

@FTMumma and @kirsten90, how are your tests looking this morning???

I did another frer this morning, then panicked when my test line was super faint compared with the control line. After googling for like 10 mins to see what this meant, I looked at my test again and now the test line is slightly darker than the control! Lol idiot! Yesterday they were about equal so I'm happy now. Haha (I'm not sure it's so obvious in the photo on bubhub but it is in person!)

Congrats!!!! I've heard the test line being darker than the control line means you are more pregnant than you think.. Lots of hcg in your blood! Could be a multiple pregnancy!

Well I am completely gutted. After seeing that second line yesterday I did a digital test this morning. I got a BFN! I can't stop crying.

Thanks for all the best wishes ladies - gosh it's nice to share & get some support! Wish I'd found this site earlier in my journey.
10 DPO is still early! It's not over til AF shows!! A drop in basal temp can also means implantation is about to happen! Don't give up we're all in the same boat! You're definitely not alone that's for sure!! Sending you cyber hugs

Your test was very faint yesterday so your hcg levels are not that high, digitals are faaar les sensitive than a frer (I think 6.8 vs 25). You could simply be too early.

Do you have a frer you can test?

Not right now and can't get one till tonight when hubby gets home. I live in Melbourne and it's only 10 degrees right now with a top of 13 and it's raining, and my daughter is sick so I don't want to take her out in the cold

@FTMumma your hcg only doubles every 24-48 hours so I wouldn't stress that it's not darker. I did the same when I first tested and mine were very faint but I've had 3 blood tests and mine are doubling fine. I will attach the pic of mine, cause bh quality you may not even be able to see the line in the first one ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1464216835.651426.jpg

Everyone's HCG is different and mine always starts very low (probably because I find out so early) but it always doubles fine which is what matters do another test tomorrow and compare to your first yesterday x
