Oh my goodness, not even my toddlers eat them. They are awful.

I think their logic was to change the recipe because the loose flavour bits weren't sticking to the biscuits. They tried to 'bake in' the flavour instead.

The only Shape I eat occasionally is the chicken crimpy, which we have in the office sometimes. Not sure if they've changed that recipe?

I prefer the Aldi version of shapes actually.
Did they not understand the pleasure of eating all the loose flavouring at the bottom of the box?

I would've bought a box full of just the loose flavouring tbh.

When I was in my 20s we used to tip all the left overs into cups and eat them. Yum.

One of my friends works at arnotts and said the "flavour you can see" is not actually flavour - the flavouring is in the oil!
Im yet to try the new ones but I was reading somewhere that the new shapes are intentionally terrible, then they'll re-release the old ones and everyone will rush out to buy them!

I'm making a special trip to the shop tomorrow to buy some. I need to taste these for myself (then probably regret it later by the sounds of it!)

I used to have a special spoon just for this

This is the first I've heard of this, how devastating! A $2 box of pizza Shapes was a favourite student dinner of mine too.

I tried the BBQ shapes last night after hearing the hype. I ate ONE! Not one box, one single shape! They are gross

Default Arnotts Shapes. What have they done?!?

I haven't eaten any of the new ones but didn't they announce in the last day or so they are going back to the old recipe for the BBQ and chicken ones? I'll see if I can find the article.

I had heard bad reviews so when I saw the old ones still in stock I bought about 20 boxes 😄
